All title winners hold their reign and crown for an entire year (October - National Pageant to the following October of the following year) with the exception of monthly mini pageant winners; these titles are held for the month that follows the competition month. For instance if a contestant competes in September and they win then they win the title and reign for the month of October. For title winners that hold a title for a year, you will have an opportunity to talk about your experience as a title winner for that year and then you will give up your title to the new winner.
